Trying to thrive in a society where productivity is often valued over wellness can leave you feeling conflicted, depleted, and overwhelmed. In the pressure you and others place on yourself to succeed, your self-care can slip and you can wind up falling behind on having your own back.
That's where I come in.

In my San Francisco-based therapy practice, I'm passionate about supporting artists, activists, queer folks, and millennials in cultivating meaningful, fulfilling, and empowered lives. People with these identities tend to struggle with criticism from self and/or others. I love to help people dial down that criticism and turn up compassion. Doing so often results in more nuance, richness, and vibrancy.
Participating in therapy can help you gain the tools and courage to find your way. Not my way, or your boss's way, or your roommate's way, but your way. It would be an honor to discover with you what that is.
