Genuine, Affirming Therapy to Help You Find Your Way

Affirming Therapy and Counseling for Artists, Activists, Queer Folks, and Millennials in San Francisco

I'm Jessica Weikers.

Welcome! I'm so glad you're here.

If you want to learn how to take really great care of yourself, you've come to the right place!

Learn to Dial Down Self-Criticism and Turn Up Self-Compassion.

If you're working hard to be yourself in the world and struggling with anxiety, depression, or self-doubt, therapy may be a helpful tool to bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be.

Trying to thrive in a society where productivity is often valued over wellness can leave you feeling conflicted, depleted, and overwhelmed. In the pressure you and others place on yourself to succeed, your self-care can slip and you can wind up falling behind on having your own back.

That's where I come in.

I help you develop the skills to prioritize your needs and the confidence to express yourself.

I ask you questions and support you in looking within to find your own answers.

Participating in therapy can help you gain the tools and courage to find your way. Not my way, or your boss's way, or your roommate's way, but your way. It would be an honor to discover with you what that is.

I provide a genuine, affirming space for you to be just as you are, and I offer my deep respect and open heart as you embark on this path of exploration and growth.

If you're ready for the fog to lift, give me a call.

In my San Francisco-based therapy practice, I'm passionate about helping you cultivate the meaningful, fulfilling, and empowered life you want for yourself.
